Full Stack Developer
For more than 10 years I have developed and shipped over 50 games across PC, Web, Console, Mobile and TV platforms. I'm an expert Unity3D and C# programmer and I pride myself in writing clean, structured and optimized code. I am an easy learner and am quick to pick up new languages.
Producer / Project Manager
I have a consistent track record of delivering successful products within tight timeframes and budgets. I have demonstrated expertise in learning new technologies, leading multi-disciplinary, high performance teams and I know how to get the best out of creative people and processes.
Business Development
I have produced informative and structured pitches, business plans and detailed budgets for potential investors and publishers, driving the green light process and negotiating contracts and deals with external partners. I have been to 20+ conferences and have an extensive network in the gaming industry.
I understand all aspects of development and know what it takes to meet technical, artistic and business goals. I am an experienced programmer and although my own drawing skills don’t reach further than MS Paint, I know how to get the best out of creative people and processes.
I believe in using processes that afford my colleagues a large degree of trust, freedom and ownership - not only of their job and career, but also for the product and the company itself. Of course with this freedom comes accountability. I am a big advocate of performance tracking in a positive, transparent and information radiative way.
